Crashes every other time, and then logs me out

Everytime I try and log in, it asks for my thumb print, and I give it that, and then it crashes. When I reopen it, it asks for my password again, which is so annoying. And then same thing, if I open it again, it crashes again. Its really annoying. I hate using this app.
