Cant see all reviews

Youre not able to see all the reviews from all the countries the book was sold in. It is important to see how your product was received by your readers.

Reviews/Ratings are showing only for US. Need option to switch countries.

Sales tab disappeared. Need to delete the app and reinstall. 1 Day is actually 1 Week and 1 Week is a week before.

Need sales per day, per country, per item.
