Still cant log in.
I have followed all the instructions, even though I know my password, I had to reset it multiple times. And it is still not working. This is very frustrating as Im trying to figure out why I have a charge on my iTunes account and I cannot login anywhere to verify it. Its a rather high amount, over $30. I guess Ill just have to go to the bank and dispute the charge, this is a very bad experience.
