iTunes Connect App Reviews

Im sure Apple outsourced the app development to infosys/cts/tcs. Only they can develop app like this. But apple come on guys. You dont have brains to test the app before u make it public? Is this why we developers pay $100 for developer program membership? App crashes like left and right. The developers who is working on the app does not know to use auto layout, scrollview content height. Fix them all to get 5 star.

This app lacks the ability to check build status, manage internal and external testers, or assign which builds are ready for testing or release. These functions need to be done from the website. However, the iTunes Connect website isnt designed for mobile. Many pages do not render correctly on an iPhone. You would think all Apple sites would be optimized for mobile, especially sites related to iOS. Even the functionality that does exist in the app doesnt always work correctly. The UI for selecting the view range is poorly implemented and confusing. Touch ID doesnt always work. The app crashes often. Apple should be embarrassed by the low quality of this app.

Its terribly slow, and buggy, but the worst part is the removal of the 1d report, this is a terrible update

This app crashes very often. It logs me out randomly. Also, sales data is not accurate or up-to-date. When a new App is "Ready for Sale", iTunes connect says it is still pending review (orange light). Currently this app doesnt offer much function; however, the notifications still work. When my App review status changes the notification is instant. Thats helpful when eagerly waiting for approval status.

I have followed all the instructions, even though I know my password, I had to reset it multiple times. And it is still not working. This is very frustrating as Im trying to figure out why I have a charge on my iTunes account and I cannot login anywhere to verify it. Its a rather high amount, over $30. I guess Ill just have to go to the bank and dispute the charge, this is a very bad experience.

UI just doesnt seem intuitive at all. To view stats for one app, you can only see that apps stats and cannot compare to other apps stats in one screen. The app also loads blank data for the Top category and crashes the first time you click on an app. The curves graph should be sharp lines as well, because the accuracy of the data is per day, curves suggest accuracy to the hour and make it difficult to see changes per day.

Officially, this is my last interaction with Apple. After months of frustration, nonexistent customer service, horrible new versions of software… I am done.

There are way to many bugs. I am tired of having to go to my computer to get data because the app crash or just doesnt give me data. This is ridiculous. This is ironically stupid.

It doesnt work with 6s phones period. It says I cant log in because my id isnt associated with content from a 2002 provider. What? Come on seriously!?!? I can buy stuff on iTunes fine, but when I try to access it on my phone I cant.

Cant even log in. It wants me to agree to terms and conditions before allowing me to log in and there is no check box to agree. Really? Did anyone test this before adding it to the Apple Store? Is this the way you make things now? I wish I could give it zero stars but they force you to give at least one.

Im speechless. At least give this project to some trainee who can see. This is pretty bad.

Apple, Please put a responsible person on the next update. The app is so broken - its useless. Next time, impress me. This is one of those apps that should be removed from the store because its broken. Pathetic. Why not let a real motivated developer write a great app to track sales data for App Store developers?

Tap Products, then tap one of your apps and I get a crash the first time, every time. The second time it works. Please fix

Every time I try and login it tells me that there is no content associated with this Apple ID. But on the website it works perfectly.

I cant even sign in to this app.....does Apple not care?? I have read all the comments and this needs DESPERATE attention!!!!

How about a review that fixes the fact that data on the website doesnt match data in the app. Its a bit insulting that sales numbers differ between the two.

I used to use this app all of the time to track my daily installs and I havent been able to do that since the last update. Please bring it back!

Theres no trends tab now. No sales information is available in app.

Are they kidding? Still cant figure out daily reports... Changing 1 day reports to 7 days? Heads up we can already look at reports by the week why would we need 7 days instead of 1 day? Anyone that needs a real report app download app Annie. Its like they want people to use that and not this garbage.

This last update makes it so much better and did fix the most annoying issue in the world. It no longer crashes when selecting an app. It still isnt the best in the world and could be totally revamped and could give developers more info but this will do for now.
